1. What FoxyTales is

FoxyTales is a service that generates short, illustrated, personalized bedtime stories using artificial intelligence, based on the names, characters, and prompts you provide. Stories and illustrations are produced by AI models and are intended for personal, family entertainment.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian to create an account. The account belongs to you, the adult; the service is not intended to be used directly by children, and children should not sign in or enter information themselves. You are responsible for supervising any child who views stories you create.

3. Your content and acceptable use

You are responsible for the names, descriptions, photos, and prompts you submit ("Inputs"). You agree not to submit anything unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexual, or harmful, and not to use the service to create content that exploits or endangers a child. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Photos you upload are used once to generate a stylized portrait and are then discarded — see the Privacy Policy.

4. AI-generated content

Stories and images are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect. Review each story before sharing it with your child. We do not guarantee that generated content is suitable for every child or free of errors, and it should not be relied upon as factual, educational, or professional advice.

5. Ownership

You keep the right to use the stories and illustrations you generate for your own personal, non-commercial family use. The FoxyTales name, logo, software, mascots, and the service itself remain our property. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (for example, storing and displaying your stories back to you).

6. Trial, credits, and billing

A free trial lets you create a limited number of stories at no cost. After your trial, stories are purchased as credits: one credit per story, sold in packs through our payment processor, Stripe. Credits do not expire. All payments are one-time charges — there is no recurring subscription. Pricing is shown at checkout. Credits are non-refundable once used to generate a story.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes, termination, and contact

We may update these terms or the service over time; material changes will be posted here with a new date. You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time from settings. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Questions? Contact us at [email protected].
